Our Cafe is a Throwback to the History of Dayton, Indiana.

Nestled within the Historic District, Trish’s Red Bird Cafe can be found in a building rich in history! Originally home to the first Gas Station in our quaint little community. Following that, the building was home to Dayton's original Fire Station until they outgrew the location. While it has housed many different businesses over the years, we are very proud to pay tribute to our community with pieces of history throughout our cafe. We hope you'll stop in to visit, we look forward to serving you!
